A former Japanese newsreader who won legions of admirers after deciding to publicly chronicle her battle with cancer has died of the disease.

How A Bentley Driver died, Broad Daylight In South Africa

 

A man was shot and killed in his car on Bowling Avenue in Sandton, South Africa on Tuesday afternoon., June 20.
The man‚ believed to be in his 40’s‚ sustained multiple gunshot wounds and had succumbed to his injuries by the time paramedics arrived on the scene around noon.
ER24 spokesperson Russel Meiring said the man was found slumped over the steering wheel of his Bentley.
“Paramedics assessed the man and found that he had sustained numerous gunshot wounds and showed no signs of life. Unfortunately‚ nothing could be done for the man and he was declared dead on the scene‚” Meiring said.

 

Meiring said apparently an unknown number of gunmen had opened fire on the driver and vehicle‚ causing him to crash into the pavement.
Paramedics on the scene said it seemed nothing had been stolen.
Meiring said the entire road was closed and that the luxury vehicle was riddled with bullet holes.
Part of the road was still blocked around 8pm on Tuesday evening.

A 35-year-old Arizona mother was arrested after beating up her daughter’s boyfriend. She caught the two of them sleeping in bed together at her home in Mesa, Arizona at 1 in the morning.

Jeanette Woods found this boy in her 16-year-old daughter’s bed after the two supposedly had consensual sex. Both of the teens were asleep until the boy awoke to his lover’s mother punching him in the face and yelling at him.

Manchester United’s match against Manchester City in the Premier League on Thursday is “the game of the season” and will play a decisive role in both teams’ chances of finishing in the top four, midfielder Ander Herrera has said.

‘Angry Police Wives’ protest against violence

More than 100 wives and partners of police are protesting in Paris against attacks on police following the killing of an officer on the Champs Elysees.

The Angry Police Wives group is marching through the city two days after Xavier Jugele was shot twice in the head by criminal Karim Cheurfi.
